cant talk ..so i'll write...
ya, ya... i'm sure my ex prayed for days like these! you know, the the ones where he could get a word in edgewise,lol. just called my doctor's office to get my perscription filled. luckily this laryngitis isn't as bad as yesterday.it still is an effort to get any real volume out though. this is going on five days now. i will be so glad to get my voice back. this came on in such a weird way. i had a sore throat for a day or two then, i had slept real hard. when i woke up i felt like someone had kicked me in the ribs. i mean it hurt, really hurt to breath.next day my throat was all tickely and a dry cough came on. in the morning after that i woke up with NO voice. then my ribs stopped hurting. my throat hasn't hurt since day two or three. all together i've been sick for almost a week still have this bunk cough. it kinda comes and goes. i wonder if it's alergies? they are doing quite a bit of constuction about an eight of a mile up wind of where i'm staying. heavy construction. who knows what's in that dust, plus the freeway dust. so here i sit gargling with salt water and praying to God to let me make some other sound besides this croaking,lol. my brother told me i sounded like i was dying and didn't even want to talk to me. it could be because he is also deaf as a box of rocks and has a hard time hearing me when i have a voice, lol. so carry on my brothers and only freinds, and PLEASE make a little extra noise for me while you're at it !
